Inventory & Materials Support Associate (Hospital Setting) - Entry Level Are you someone who likes to stay active, organized, and on the move? What You’ll Do As an Inventory & Materials Support Associate, you’ll be an important link between hospital departments and the central lab operations team. Your day will involve moving throughout the hospital, tracking lab materials, and ensuring everything gets where it needs to go—accurately and on time. + Travel to various hospital departments to collect lab boxes and materials + Track and document inventory using simple computer and handheld systems + Ensure lab materials are properly logged and delivered to the main hospital office + Complete basic paperwork to keep inventory records accurate and up to date + Provide friendly, professional support when interacting with hospital staff Why This Role Is a Great Entry Point + No prior healthcare or inventory experience required + Hands-on, active role—perfect if you don’t want to sit at a desk all day + Learn how hospital operations and materials flow work behind the scenes + Builds transferable skills in inventory management, organization, and coordination What We’re Looking For + High School Diploma or GED + Comfortable using computers and handheld devices + Detail-oriented and reliable + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to stay organized while moving throughout the hospital + Comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift Schedule & Work Environment + Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Casual, comfortable dress code—ideal for walking and standing throughout the day Who Should Apply? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saratoga Springs, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
