We're looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our team—someone who takes pride in preparing healthy, beautifully presented meals that brighten our patients' day. Working from our established rotational menus, you'll help deliver delicious, nutritious dishes while also contributing your creativity to future menu updates that bring even more variety and enjoyment to our service.

In this role, you'll inspire and motivate the kitchen team to deliver excellence in every meal. You'll also play an important part in maintaining a safe, hygienic environment, ensuring all Company and Statutory regulations are consistently met.

Preparing high‑quality meals using our pre‑set rotational menus Helping shape future menu choices with your ideas and culinary flair Leading by example and supporting the team to maintain high standards Ensuring full compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations Managing day‑to‑day Food & Beverage operations within agreed budgets Liaising with clinical teams and service users when required Ordering stock when the Catering Manager is unavailable Completing monthly inventory checks (training provided)

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential, and while Level 2 or 3 Food Safety qualifications are ideal, we're happy to provide training for the right person.
