Job Summary:As a CNA, you will provide essential support to patients and assist nursing staff in delivering outstanding care. You will help patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and contribute to a healing and safe environment.
Responsibilities:Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and mobility.Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.Support therapeutic activities and range-of-motion exercises.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.Active California CNA certification.Current CPR/BLS certification.Minimum 6 months of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.Familiarity with medical terminology and basic procedures.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
