Responsibilities for Hospital Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors Access control duties ( Checking ids, dealing with contractors, liaising with the building management etc. ) Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams Write incident reports and communicate security concerns Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property  Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches Conduct preventive surveillance rounds   Point of contact with authorities and emergency services Removal of unauthorized individuals

Qualifications for Hospital Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada Hold a valid Manitoba security license First aid certification an asset Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills Two-way radio experience
