Job Summary:
Wellstar Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our team at Wellstar Northwest Women’s Care. This full-time physician will be hospital based and will only see patients of Wellstar Northwest Women's Care. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and midwives dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide OB hospitalist care for Northwest Women's Care patients only

Call shifts and deliveries at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital

Flexible schedule with 6- 24hr shifts every 28 days (open to PM split shifts)

Some resident involvement

Responsible for some scheduled cesarean sections

Collaborate with a team of physicians, midwives, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Georgia

High-risk obstetrics experience preferred
