Details of the position include: Position: Hospice Social Worker Location: Boston, MA Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks - likelihood of extension Schedule: + 40hrs + Monday-Friday + Any overtime must be approved beforehand Contract Requirements: + MSW or higher + Must have prior hospice experience + Homecare Homebase documentation experience required + Reliable transportation during assignment - must be a licensed driver with an automobile ensured in accordance with state/organization requirements Pay: - $60/hr local - $2,787/week travel - $0.70/mile in mileage reimbursement EHS: Homecare Homebase Parking: Free on-site Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding the position.
