**Overview** **Compassionate Hospice Care. Supporting Patients. Comforting Families.** We are looking for a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Reporting directly to the Administrator or Executive Director, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on hospice care to patients and families in their homes, assisted living, or facility settings. Your dedication will help provide comfort and support during the most critical moments of life. This is a full-time weekday position, 8am-5pm,with no on call, weekends or holidays.
