**Description:**
CNA for HOSPICE for Nursing Home residents in Columbia/Greene counties.
The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a FT CNA to work as part of our Hospice Care Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes.
As an CNA you will care for our patients in the Nursing home setting providing personal care for ADL”s and provide comfort needs as well as added support to residents and families.
Workdays are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. NO WEEKENDS!
Requirements: NYS CNA Licensure and 1-2 years long term care experience preferred Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required.
Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation, Training provided in end-of-life care, preceptors and a supportive work environment.

Pay Range:$17.55 - $22.93
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
