The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a FT CNA to work as part of our Hospice Care Team caring for patients and families in local Nursing Homes. As an CNA you will care for our patients in the Nursing home setting providing personal care for ADL”s and provide comfort needs as well as added support to residents and families. Workdays are Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm. NO WEEKENDS! Requirements: NYS CNA Licensure and 1-2 years long term care experience preferred Previous hospice experience preferred but NOT required. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
