Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, You will:       

  

Manage Recruitment Efforts: Facilitate the hiring process from job posting through offer acceptance, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and presenting candidates. Build Strong Relationships: Partner with regional leadership, hiring managers, internal employees, and external jobseekers to understand staffing needs and deliver results. Leverage Data & Tools: Monitor and track recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (ATS); provide accurate reporting and respond to inquiries with urgency  Develop Talent Pipelines: Proactively source candidates using advanced search methods, digital talent communities, referrals, and professional networks Promote Employer Brand: Utilize social media and external partnerships to market job opportunities and attract diverse talent. Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, consultative recruiting approach with clear communication and professionalism. Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and ATS best practices Uphold Integrity: Consistently demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and confidentiality in all recruitment activities 

 

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, private sector or staffing agency experience preferred Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report recruiting metrics. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion  About our Line of Business At Abode Hospice of Colorado, our primary ambition is to bring first-class care to the warmest and most serene environment possible: home.
