As a Hospice/Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you’ll be a critical source of strength, care, and comfort for those we serve. In this blended role, you will:
Provide professional, compassionate, and personal care to hospice participants and home care clientsDeliver support directly in residences across our communityCarry out care plans as assigned by the Home Services Manager or Hospice RNMake every interaction one of dignity, respect, and hope RequirementsWhat You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalentCurrent state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Minimum of one year of experience in the geriatric healthcare fieldCurrent or eligible certification in CPR3–6 months of on-the-job training provided
