supports care quality by applying agency policies guiding care teams in performance improvement and resolving patient care issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Anticipates and responds to customer needs promptly and professionally provides Hospice Aide orientation for new hospice patients or plan of care changes and coordinates the hospice aide new hire orientation process including implementation follow through and competency validation in collaboration with Care Management and Quality teams Oversees hospice care aide staffing to ensure appropriate resource utilization and meet client needs manages hiring scheduling training coaching and performance evaluation including supervisory home visits and development planning Collaborates with Care Management and Quality teams to develop annual in service programs monitors and communicates regulatory and accreditation updates related to hospice care aides serving as a resource to staff Actively
