Hospice RN – Direct Placement Opportunity
Location: Covers Mansfield ? Brookline (main office in Newton, MA)
Start Date: August 1, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends, holidays, or on-call
Salary: $110,000–$120,000/year (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (BSN required) for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a reputable hospice organization based in Newton, MA. This role focuses on conducting in-home admissions visits throughout the coverage area from Mansfield to Brookline. Nurses typically complete 5–6 visits per day, with homes scheduled in close proximity to minimize travel time.
Key Responsibilities
+ Complete hospice admissions visits in patient homes
+ Perform comprehensive assessments, documentation, and care coordination
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary hospice team members
+ Provide patient/family education and support during the admission process
+ Maintain punctuality and organization in managing daily visit schedules
Requirements
+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
+ Minimum 1 year of hospice nursing experience
+ Active RN license in Massachusetts
+ Strong communication and assessment skills
+ Comfort working independently in the field
Compensation & Benefits
+ Annual Salary: $110,000–$120,000 (DOE)
+ Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72/mile
