About this RoleIFS InfraSource is seeking a seasoned HDD Manager to lead trenchless construction operations across North America. In this role, you’ll oversee large-scale horizontal directional drilling projects, managing multiple crews and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution. You’ll be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, optimizing field operations, and driving project success using drill rigs with pullback capacities up to 100,000 lbs.
