HoReCa Operations Manager

Nespresso worldwide since its launch has enjoyed growth year on year. Our ambitions for coming years are sky high. Currently we are looking for **HoReCa Oparational** **Manager.** **In this position key responsibilities will include:** + Manage the execution of B2B former CRC channel & customer related projects, e.g. customer segmentation, data update, extension of customer operating and 3Y agreement contacts + Depending on customer segment active cooperation with the marketing department regarding promotional plans (customers, CRC, GET. K&I) to keep and increase capsules volume + Lead key local or HQ- initiated B2B commercial and service improvement projects + Monitor and optimise HoReCa business KPI's to improve overall performance + Segmentation of customers. Number of customer programs conducted. KPI's performance e.g. churn rate, erosion, customer live cycle. + Actively participates and shares inputs during Monthly Demand & Supply planning meetings + Ensure data quality capture and update process is implemented and raise gaps, trigger actions to fix issues **To succeed in the role the following experience and competencies will be essential:** + Min. 3 years of commercial experience (i.e. customer service experience, sales support & administration experience) + Project management experience + Good knowledge of B2B organization and roadmap, vision/objectives + Expert in B2B products (machines/coffee), services, contracts, payment and invoicing conditions, customer distinct delivery requirements and technical service package + Master B2B E2E cross-funtional processes and tools + Excellent knowledge of procedures, guidelines and policies (e.g. pricing, contracts, invoicing, credit limit policy, etc.) + Analytical capacity + Excellent communication skills + Excellent organizational skills **We offer:** + **Fixed term employment contract (until the end of 2026)** + **Part-time position (75% full-time equivalent)** + Benefits Package: MultiSport Card, LuxMed Package, Life Insurance, Employee Pension Fund, 50% subsidy in the employee canteen, Discounts on company products in the Nestle boutique + Opportunity to build professional experience in an international company from the FMCG industry with the highest work standards + A work atmosphere based on respect, professionalism and kindness + Creating a career development path tailored to the aspirations and opportunities within the company + Flexible working hours and the possibility of hybrid work + Opportunity to participate in Sustainability projects and join a community focused on creating sustainable solutions.
