What You’ll Do:

Greet service customers promptly and professionally

Listen carefully to customer concerns and clearly document repair needs

Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance

Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

Keep customers informed throughout the service process

Upsell maintenance services and products based on customer needs

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive industry preferred)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
