About the role

Regis is now seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the Regis Home Care team. This role is a full-time role based out of our Nedlands hub, however will involve 1-day p/w from our new Port Coogee service for oversight purposes. The position reports directly to the General Manager of Allied Health Services.

The position will support the transition to Support at Home (SaH), a highly anticipated change for community aged care. Integrating with our highly regarded Commonwealth Health Support Program (CHSP) service will be constituted.

Role Responsibilities

Undertake comprehensive, holistic assessments including wellness and re-enablement reviewsPlan, implement and review appropriate preventive and therapeutic care services in consultation with stakeholders Coordinate/deliver individual and group therapy services alongside the MDTRegularly review and update care plans to reflect changes in client’s health circumstances and needs

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy)Full AHPRA Registration Proof of right to work in AustraliaCurrent police check (under 6 months, full disclosure unsupervised vulnerable people)Current First Aid and CPR QualificationsExperience and passion for working within the aged care sectorExperience working within community services programs, specifically CHSP (highly regarded)
