Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Administer medication and monitor clients' health as required. Help clients with mobility and physical exercises to maintain their independence. Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care team. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus. Previous experience in homecare or healthcare settings preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
