How you will make an impact as a Home Support Worker
You’ll enjoy flexible hours, a small supportive team, and the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.
Help with errands around the home, including cleaning, washing, ironing and vacuuming. Support with personal hygiene and showing, grooming and dressing.Assisting with shopping and meal preparation.Monitoring medication.Scheduling and attending appointments. Providing companionship and engaging in social activities.What your compassion looks like
As a compassionate and dependable individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service – ideally with experience in the health or aged care sector – you will bring:
A warm and caring nature The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team A positive and practical attitude Strong communication skills A current driver’s license and access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicleCertificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent Current First Aid & CPR Certificate WWVP Card WITH NDIS EndorsementMedication Administration CompetencyIf you are currently studying your nursing degree and have completed an aged care clinical placement, or you have an overseas nursing qualification, we want to hear from you.
