In this role, you will serve as the case manager by coordinating and providing nursing care and clinical oversight.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Current state license as Registered Nurse (RN)Experience with home health is preferredCurrent or eligible for certification in CPRMust have reliable transportationIf transporting a resident, must provide proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver’s license
