Your work helps drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. + Perform routine data entry and validation + Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, credit, flood certs, etc.) + Review and validate loan documents + Respond to calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and care + Monitor work queues and jump in when needed + Collaborate across teams to keep things moving + Uphold company values and contribute to a positive culture + Take on other duties as needed—flexibility is key!
