We're seeking a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, in-home therapy to patients of all ages. You’ll support recovery and mobility while working closely with families and care teams across our community.

What You'll Do:

Provide in-home physical therapy for pediatric to geriatric patients

Develop individualized care plans and complete timely documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise support staff as needed

Travel within assigned service area (mileage reimbursement provided)

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (or higher)

Licensure in Iowa or Illinois at hire; dual-state licensure within 6 months

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (Genesis minimums)

CPR certification (BLS)

Home care experience preferred—but not required
