Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Hospice | Day Shift | M-Friday as needed

PRN- Contingent, 0-20 hrs a week

Your Role: Home Health Aide / CNA

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll provide one-on-one, compassionate care to patients in their homes. You’ll follow physician-directed care plans and help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

What You’ll Need

Certified CNA and HHA in the state of Iowa

Completion of a federally compliant training program and competency evaluation

At least 1 year of experience as an aide in a healthcare or home care setting

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and maintain professional relationships with patients and families
