Responsible for assisting patients with all aspects of personal hygiene in patients’ home.


Principal Accountabilities:
1.Assists patients into and out of bed or wheelchair, to lavatory, and up and down stairs. 
2.Assists patients with personal care; bathe, shampoo and comb hair, clean and file nails and provide skin care. 
3.Performs other related duties as assigned.
