Currently looking for a Home Health Aide/caregiver/CNA to work with clients in the Valparaiso, Indiana and surrounding area. Interested candidates should be a high school graduate or GED holder, be compassionate and for the CNA position hold a CNA certification. Ideal candidates would have evening/2nd shift availability, approximately 3pm-9pm.

Responsibilities of the Home Care HHA/Caregiver/CNA

Provide various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care. Provide for the personal needs and comfort of patients in their homes. Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair) Perform homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to):vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms. Providing companionship and general supervision for clients who cannot be left alone.

Requirements of the Home Care HHA/Caregiver/CNA

Must have compassion, patience, reliability, and willingness to work. Must be high school graduate or G.E.D Valid Drivers license
