Sentara Home Care is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide.

Position Status: Part Time - Day Shift

Position Location: Charlottesville, VA

Hourly Range: $15.75 - $20.45

OverviewHome Health Aides will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home.Certification/Licensure

CNA (Required)

First Aid Basics (Required)

BLS (Required within 90 days)

Experience

Basic and routine patient care

Personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding

Intake/output

Ambulation

Assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$15.75 - $20.46. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
