Caring Transitions Dayton is looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position works on our warehouse floor, on jobs from Morrow to north Dayton, and doing light pack and moves, home final clean outs, and keeps client property clean and safe at all times.
The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling various duties. This job is flexible and we can offer a fun environment that you dictate your days.
Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays from 8:30(ish) to 3:00 (ish). You can work as many days, or 1-2 a week, or as needed. We are very flexible.
Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks Differ - Team member will be restocking products and supplies as needed. Light pack and moves to assist the elderly. Help do a final clean out of homes before they have new owners after our auctions. Safety and housekeeping – Ensure a safe environment by keeping an organized workstation, alerting supervisors of any concerns, and keeping up to date on company policy. Review any complaints and notify the shift leader of on-going shipping or receiving issues. Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is not required but is helpful.Prior experience working with seniors, online auctions, or in the moving industry would helpA clean background check is a MUSTKnowledge of and familiarity the Northern Cincinnati and Dayton area is beneficialExperience operating a transit van, appliance dollies, etc...
