Home Care Thailand Finance Manager - Fab Sol

Position: Home Care Thailand Finance Manager - Fab Sol Department: Finance Location: Unilever Thailand HQ, Bangkok, Thailand What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be: Business Performance & Financial Management • Prepare and analyze financial performance of Home Care categories and brands, including actuals, forecasts, and budget control. • Manage in year performance against the Financial Framework, identifying risks and opportunities. • Conduct variance analysis versus prior year, latest forecast, and plan, and translate insights into actions. Business Partnering & Decision Support • Act as finance partner to Marketing, Category, and Commercial teams, providing financial insights and business cases to support key decisions (e.g. pricing, promotions, innovation). • Participate in core business meetings, offering financial challenge, advice, and recommendations. • Support innovation processes including pre launch business cases and post launch performance tracking. Value Creation & Efficiency • Drive return on marketing investment (ROMI) and promotional efficiency. • Interface with Supply Chain and Procurement to understand cost movements and identify margin improvement and pricing opportunities. • Support savings and productivity agendas (e.g. Fuel for Growth), balancing growth and cost discipline. Governance & Reporting • Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for local, regional, and global stakeholders. • Drive process simplification, standardisation, and continuous improvement in finance ways of working. What You Will Need To Succeed: + Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business , or related field. + Relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Auditing, or FMCG environment. + Strong analytical capability with ability to translate data into business insights. + Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders across functions. + High learning agility, ownership mindset, and collaboration skills.
