**Home Care Operations Director** **The Woodlands, TX** **Direct Hire** **$70-90k** ***Position is hybrid** ***Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm** ***Annual bonus potential, health insurance, and paid time off** Kelly is seeking a Home Care Operations Director to work with our client, a locally founded, owned, and operated home care provider, on a direct hire basis. The Home Care Operations Director will: + Lead and manage daily operations of the agency, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of compassionate care + Oversee scheduling, service delivery, and caregiver performance + Conduct client assessments and consultations when needed + Act as a backup to the Community Outreach Manager by building relationships with referral sources and representing the company in the community + Act as a backup to the Scheduling Supervisor by assisting with caregiver scheduling and addressing immediate staffing needs + Supervise and coach office staff and caregivers, fostering accountability and performance + Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies + Monitor budgets, track performance against company targets, and drive growth strategies + Maintain client and caregiver satisfaction through communication and problem-solving + Serve as the primary point of contact for staff, clients, and families Required Qualifications: + Minimum 3 years of management or leadership experience + Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and step into operational or marketing roles as needed + Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and basic financial oversight + Bachelor’s degree required + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills Qualifications: + Experience in home care or healthcare leadership + Proven ability to grow teams and hit revenue/operational targets + Comfortable meeting families and conducting in-home assessments + Strong community networking and outreach skills Interviews are happening now!
