The Home Care Field Trainer is responsible for teaching and coaching all ABCs Direct Care Workers, by giving hands-on training and ensuring that everyone can properly and effectively service our clients. This role will have key in the business operations and development of our Caregivers Responsibilities: * Respond to all fill in assignments, which will include the job role of a Direct Care Worker (performing ADLs, IADLs and medication reminders). * Perform reassessments per 90 days, or in the event of a decline in health or hospitalization for an extended period. * Answer in a timely, professional and courteous manner to customer inquiries and complaints. * Conduct weekly new hire orientation training. * Completing In-home training for new and existing Direct Care Workers. * Perform a competency review, which entails pop-up visits to clients home. Qualifications: * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without close supervision. * High attention to detail and accuracy, a commitment to quality work and the ability to deploy strengths and compensate for weakness. * At least two years of experience working with seniors in a home setting. * Must possess a current CNA License. * Must possess a reliable vehicle. * Required: Proof of a clear 2-step TB/PPD test taken within the last year showing clear results, Child Abuse Clearance, recent physical * Required: Pass FBI and State background, complete drug screen * High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
