Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke’s Home Care and Hospice is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Home Care Coordinator for a full-time in-person career opportunity.  We offer interesting work, a team-oriented environment, and excellent pay and benefits.  This position is conveniently located at our System Office in South Kansas City.

Shift:  Monday through Friday: 8am-5pm: In office: full-time.  
 

The Work:

Front office administrative dutiesSupply ordering and managementReports as assigned: Run, screen, updateWork queues: Responsible for assigned work queue activitiesCoordination of careCollecting insurance and demographic informationInteracting with internal and external customersProvides support to all departments in operations

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Driver's License - Various, Position Description Reviewed - N/A (Information only, Not certificate)
