Job Description

We are seeking 1-2 skilled Hoist Operators for a significant multifamily project. The role involves operating a hoist to transport workers up and down the lift, requiring interaction with personnel while ensuring smooth operations. After a period of six months, this position will transition to an elevator operator role. The ideal candidate will balance being personable with maintaining professional boundaries.

Work Environment

The position is part of a large tower new build project. Shifts are from 7am to 5pm, including 2 hours of daily overtime, with full overtime on Saturdays. The location in Surrey, Guildford, is conveniently transit accessible and has parking. The work involves operating indoors and engaging with people throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Surrey, British Columbia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
