This role involves providing advanced technical and operational support for core systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: * Requirements Gathering: Partner with business and technology teams to define project scope and objectives; Document system requirements through specifications, reports, and project plans; Facilitate reviews and status meetings, and maintain agendas, minutes, and action logs * Collaboration: Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams; Maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners * Data Analysis: Compile and interpret data to identify trends and efficiencies; Communicate findings clearly to support decision-making * System Support: Provide daily technical support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements; Assist with testing and quality assurance activities * Reporting: Generate reports based on data analysis and system performance; Highlight discrepancies and opportunities for improvement * Documentation: Develop and manage business and functional documentation, including gap analyses, process flows, and prototypes
