HnB Portfolio Coordinator
The HnB Portfolio Coordinator plays a key role in shaping a winning portfolio that captures emerging opportunities and evolving consumer needs. This role combines market analytics, category understanding and channel insight to help design initiatives that drive sustainable growth. Working closely with crossfunctional teams, the coordinator ensures that each portfolio initiative is strategically deployed with the right messaging, channel mix and activation approach. They continuously track results and embed learnings to elevate future plans and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the development of the HnB portfolio strategy by identifying opportunities and gaps grounded in market analytics, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics.
Posses and continuously strengthen a deep understanding of all commercial channels, ensuring solid knowledge of operational models and deployment principles across both online and offline channels.
Lead the development of specific portfolio initiatives to cater for different consumer needs to boost category performance and ensure that the plans are in line with the short term and long-term goals of the organization
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (e.g., Brand, Commercial, CX, BDP, Channels) to define deployment strategies that ensure the right communication messages, effective channel mix and programs activation.
Lead and oversee the endtoend deployment of major portfolio initiatives, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and seamless market readiness.
Track performance, measure impact and generate actionable insights on deployed initiatives, ensuring that learnings are systematically fed back into future planning cycles.
Support the continuous optimization of the portfolio, recommending refinements based on evolving consumer behaviors, performance results, and competitive shifts.
Ensure strong project management across all portfolio initiatives, maintaining clear timelines, structured workflows, risk identification and crossfunctional alignment to enable smooth execution and full visibility for all stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
3–5 years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Marketing or Commercial roles.
Good understanding of channel operations and deployment principles (online & offline).
Experience using market data and consumer insights to support decisionmaking.
Strong projectmanagement skills with a structured approach to planning, timelines, risk tracking and stakeholder alignment.
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
Experience managing stakeholders across diverse teams.
Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to convey insights clearly and adapt messages to different audiences.
Advanced skills of Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel
Excellent command of English & Romanian language (writing & speaking)
