Assess, coordinate and review the issues and impacts associated with HMIS (Hanlon Management Information System) and business processes. Research on issues related to property, rewrite contracts and discount to find root cause of the issue in HMIS system and create data fixes. Lead project to resolve complex technical issues related to high profile clients and provide ad-hoc queries for business owners. Create necessary SQL scripts and testing evidence to correct system data and prepare necessary documentation of scripts and testing evidence after implementation on production. Communicate with corporate, business owners and users to ensure stability of HMIS systems as well as maintain the integrity of the sensitive data it contains. Comply with all SOX requirements and prepare necessary documentation and meet with audit teams to discuss compliance with controls.
 REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a System Analyst, Incident or Application Analyst, Data or BI Analyst/Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years in software testing and debugging, data analysis and reporting, SQL scripting, and working on business and compliance requirements in information systems. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 2 years of experience in the above. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
