Return to Job Search Hitch Central Agent The Hitch Central team is a specialized group providing friendly and knowledgeable service to U-Haul team members by answering incoming calls and utilizing our Chat messaging platform.  The right candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and have a good grasp of United States geography in order to provide order support, technical support, and provide general assistance with our hitch products and services.  If you’re looking for a fun, fast paced environment, we’d love you to come join our team!   **This position is located at our U-Haul Campus in Mid Town Phoenix.Requirements:Must be committed to providing genuine, quality customer serviceMust possess courteous and professional phone skillsBring a positive and professional demeanor to work every dayBe able to work independentlyDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, in a fast-paced environmentBe capable of learning the aspects of hitch installationsPossess some mechanical aptitudeHaving vehicle Hitch knowledge is a big plus!Having a broad understanding of U-Haul policy and procedures is a welcomed bonus!

Hours: 9:30AM - 6:00 PM Mon - Friday
