Histology Supervisor

Provides leadership to the pathology department by establishing written operational standards and monitoring quality benchmarks. Performs all duties of a histology technologist, including grossing, to ensure effective department functioning.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience.Upon hire: National Histotechnician - American Society for Clinical Pathology.3 years Histotechnologist or Pathology Assistant in a hospital pathology department, including gross specimen examination.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Experience in a leadership roll.
