JOB PURPOSE:
To Achieve set sales target in assigned territory for Lab Products. To handled key accounts independently.
Responsibilities:Selling of the Lab Division’s- ANACHEM complete range of products directly to the customers which includes ( Titrators,PH Meters,Refractometers, Densito Meters,Melting Point Apparatus Etc)To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the Regional ManagerContinually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectationsTimely collection of payments, Service Orders, etc as per the sales contract from time to timeTo ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products.To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements.To keep himself abreast with the concurrent issues in the Sales and Marketing, the Analytical Instruments and Laboratory Products Industry , technology, competitors, competitive strategies etc.Building good customer relationship on long term basis.Key Behavioral Attributes:Good customer relationship.Excellent selling skills Knowledge of Analytical Instrument market & its customerGood Business acumen Good team playerExpected Key Deliverables :Assigned Territory-Pune & Rest of Maharashtra Products Handling -Titrators, pH meter, Melting Point, UV VIS spectrophotometer, Refractometers, Density Meters, etc.Industrial Segment Cater to -"Pharma/Non PharmaWhat You Need to SucceedQualifications and Technical Skills: M.Sc. / B.Sc.(Chemistry,Biotechnoloy ) B.E., /B.Tech (Instrumentation, Electronics, ChemicalOverall and Specific Experience:5-7years of exp.SAP/ CRM Exposure desirable.
