Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

1) Responsible for Achieving Pan India assigned targets of TS Product and consumable Of Lab SBUS.2) Achieve defined AR target3) Coach and develop team with next level of competency (TS group guild lines & material to be used4) Motivate and retain team to achieve long term organization objective5) Drive initiatives ( CGP, GWP, LTO, I base calling, No of Instruments sales etc.)6) Deliver monthly and quarterly objectives and develop dashboard to effectively measure it (Sales Number BA, Region, SPG, Account wise, LTO, etc.)7) Find new avenues and Strategy to drive growth ( pH solution business and Crucibles etc.)8) Drive ARC Renewals9) Collaborate with RLS/SLS to penetrate regional accounts and develop short term tactical plans10) Drive PR in TS channel and effectively approve set discounts limits without price leakage12) ensure smooth order to cash collection by collaborating and influencing all stake holders13) Develop team competency with regular training by Tech support and IMSG team14) Develop competency of team to enable selling of WS/ANA high end products through TS channel. Ensure effective involvement of field team for ANA products to improve conversions and develop synchronization with field team
What You Need to Succeed- Science graduate or any technical graduation, Biotech etc.- Experience in handling a Team.-Achieving Pan India assigned targets - Experience in Lab/ Analytical industry
