Essential Skills + Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht). + Proficiency in prior authorization procedures. + Strong data entry skills. + Excellent customer service abilities. + Bilingual in English and Spanish. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in a related field required. + 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacist. + Experience with ACHC accreditation preferred. + Familiarity with Pioneer pharmacy software preferred. + Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in a closed-door specialty pharmacy located in Delray Beach, FL. The shift is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The pharmacy team is small, fostering a family-like atmosphere with opportunities to transition to a permanent role. Dress code is business casual.
