In this role, you'll conduct hands-on microbiological and chemical testing on finished products, raw materials, and associated items. The role requires strict adherence to food safety and quality system requirements, including all pertinent regulatory, customer, and SQF standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining food safety and quality standards across our aseptic manufacturing lines. Responsibilities: + Conduct microbiological and chemical testing on finished products, raw materials, and associated items. + Ensure compliance with food safety and quality system requirements, including regulatory, customer, and SQF standards, and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs). + Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to identify and implement process improvements. + Record and analyze test results, and report any deviations or non-conformities. + Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product quality and safety. + Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures. + Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration and maintenance schedules are followed.
