What You Bring + Valid California Education Specialist Credential – Mild/Moderate + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferred) + At least one year of teaching experience (preferred) + Familiarity with IEP development and implementation + CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) + TB clearance and health documentation (per state/district requirements) + Strong commitment to inclusive education and student advocacy ??
