Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Responsible for the design, development and delivery of organization wide learning and talent initiatives to foster a continuous learning and high-performance culturethereby building a future ready workforce. The role will involve collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels across all Units of Mettler Toledo India and interacting with a diverse group of individuals to ensure the achievement of individual, functional and organizational goals.Learning & Development Work closely with all Units to understand the learning requirements aligned to business needs. Develop annual learning plans in association with Unit HRBPs and ensure implementation of the same. Develop high quality learning content across behavioral, HR functional and managerial themes. Facilitate key programmes and interventions Identify external vendors for program facilitation, support in program design to ensure alignment to organizational needs Identify and deploy modern learning methodologies, develop blended learning journeys to scale learning and measure effectiveness. Track key learning metrics. Monitoring and evaluation of both structured and informal training methods used, making continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate. Organizing and facilitating the New Hire Onboarding program to enable easy settling-in of new joinees. Maintaining a keen understanding of learning & development trends, developments and best practices. Talent Management: Coordinate the talent review process in coordination with HRBPs and Business LeadersDevelop and deploy frameworks for development of emerging and high potential talent including but not limited to action learning, psychometric assessments, mentoring/ coaching frameworks, etc.Support Units for development and deployment of career progression frameworksTrack key talent metrics - readiness, movement and retentionWork with HRBPs to enhance manager capability for effective performance and development conversations. Organization DevelopmentLead the Great Place to Work survey implementation across UnitsEnsure action plans are in place and review implementation of the same Support any other change management and organizational capability initiatives from time to time


What You Need to Succeed

12 - 15 years of progressive experience in the Learning & Talent ManagementStrong experience in content development and facilitationGraduate in any discipline with full time MBA in Human ResourcesExperience in designing and deploying learning and talent initiatives in a multi-unit setup.Should have managed a team of 1 - 2 direct reports. Currently this is an individual contributor role.Must have experience working on digital tools for learning. Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS), eLearning development systems, tools and resources. Experience working in a matrix environment with global organizations is desired.
