Position Overview: Are you a Plumbing or HVAC Apprentice looking for a company that values your dedication and provides long-term career growth? We are expanding our Plumbing and HVAC division and seeking skilled professionals to contribute to residential, commercial, and multi-family projects across the Greater Des Moines area.

Your Role & Responsibilities:Assist with plumbing or HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs for a variety of buildings.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing systems.Work on new construction and renovation projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards.Maintain a safe and professional work environment while providing high-quality service.Collaborate with a team-oriented crew in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications & Experience:1+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing or HVAC installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.A strong work ethic backed by a resume representing solid tenure.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
