**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for loading bricks onto pallets to be wrapped and placed into inventory. This position involves stacking bricks throughout the day, working on a conveyor line, and inspecting the bricks before placing them onto pallets. You will rotate between working at the front and the back of the line. **Responsibilities** + Load bricks onto pallets and prepare them for inventory. + Stack bricks consistently throughout the day. + Work on a conveyor line to grade and inspect 20lb bricks. + Rotate between different positions on the production line. + Ensure the quality and integrity of the products. **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform general labor tasks in a production environment. + Physical stamina to handle repetitive and physically demanding tasks. + Integrity and reliability to honor commitments. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous forklift experience is beneficial. + Mechanical aptitude and experience are advantageous. + Capability to handle a fast-paced, hot, loud, and dusty environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned business that values community partnerships and provides numerous opportunities for promotion. The environment is fast-paced, hot, and dusty, with open doors and a kiln firing bricks throughout the day. Temperature regulation systems and fans are in place to help manage the heat. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.83 - $20.83/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
