Qualifications: 

Have complete grasp of on-site multi-family property management. At least 2 years of experience in multi-family property management and at least 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity for our supervisor positions. Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and be able to travel to other properties, if needed. Be responsible and reliable. Have a positive, get the job done attitude.
