Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)
Reporting to: Technical & Operations Leader
Primary Purpose: To manage and lead the Hire Operations Team in the North
Based at: Bradford Depo
Main Duties / Responsibilities:
Collaborating with line manager & human resources department to identify, interview and hire employees
Instructing employees while following Health & Safety guidelines as well as the employee guidelines
Organizing training and professional development opportunities for all employees to participate in
Evaluating employee performance by using a performance management system and set goals for employees during each quarter
Delegating tasks to employees and give feedback regularly on their performance
Providing work schedules to employees and make adjustments regarding holidays, paid time off and emergencies
Controlling the Hire budget
Communicating department information to employees via one-on-one and team meetings
Detail Duties / Responsibilities
Own & Manage the Hire Install Team North
Own & Manage the Hire Projects Team North
Own & Manage the Hire Depo Team in Bradford & Birmingham
Improve operational processes to achieve efficiency
Produce a monthly Management report
Ensure clear communication with Hire Desk
