We’re looking for a Hire (Rental) Coordination Manager in New Iberia- a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you will do:

Lead a team of Hire Coordination Specialist within the North American region (NAM), ensuring Project Management of all agreementsProvide leadership daily to the Hire Coordination Team and collaborate with Logistics, Operations, and Sales to deliver exceptional customer serviceMonthly quality control review and productivity conversationsMonitor KPI’s of Hire Coordination SpecialistDevelop & maintain good working relationships cross functionallyResponsible for holding Hire Coordination Specialist accountable to process adherence

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent years of experienceLeadership experience preferred managing both exempt and non-exempt team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProject Management experience preferredCustomer Service experience preferredAble to travel up to 25% of the time
