HIP Operators

Summary: Seeking HIP Operators to perform heat treatment operations, equipment monitoring, and cycle management on weekend shifts.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience with heat treatment operation or drinking/wastewater management Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Forklift operator certification (must obtain and maintain) Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods in an industrial environment

Preferred Skills:

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment in the Control Room, including starting and monitoring units Perform gas analysis and manage compressor usage Build and box cycles, load/unload customer parts Update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Database Conduct temperature and pressure management for optimal cycle performance Follow established work procedures and safety measures Report any unusual problems or concerns to Supervisor or management

Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
