We are seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top tech talent to support our organization's growth and innovation. Specializing in non technical PMs.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage top tech talent to support organizational growth and innovation.Utilize a variety of recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to locate qualified candidates.Craft effective search strategies using advanced Boolean search techniques to find the right talent for technical positions.Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates using strong communication skills.Leverage social media expertise to connect with tech professionals across various platforms while representing the company's employer brand.Maintain a deep understanding of the tech job market and industry trends to stay competitive in talent acquisition.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical roles.Analyze recruiting metrics and sourcing data to continually refine strategies and improve talent acquisition processes.Provide valuable insights to optimize sourcing efforts and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.Essential SkillsProven experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.Advanced Boolean search techniques.Strong communication skills for candidate outreach and engagement.Social media expertise for professional connection and employer brand representation.Understanding of tech job market and industry trends.Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and sourcing data.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in building and maintaining talent pipelines.Insights into improving recruitment processes.Work Environment
