Responsibilities Essential Job Responsibilities: + The Internship is a temporary position at which may have the opportunity to be extended based upon performance. The Intern will collaborate with multiple leaders in various work streams, pairing education with practical, on-the-job experiences. + Partner with leaders to understand operations and policies. + Identify current best practices and conduct research on implementation strategies. + Provide support to business partners. + Assist with departmental initiatives, including optimizing of information systems and training and development. + Provide administrative support, as needed. Qualifications Education: + High School diploma in progress at partner school + Proficiency in computer usage, email, MS Office Suite. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Customer service and people-focused mentality. + Ability to work on multiple high priority initiatives, simultaneously.
